I first became passionate about fitness as a senior at Chelmsford High School in Massachusetts. That year, my Mom and I did the entire Insanity program together. I remember waking up at 5am or working out at 9 at night just to make sure we got the day’s workout in. I fell in love with exercise - the challenge of pushing myself transforming physically and mentally to the next level.
Soon after my fitness journey started, I got an ISFTA Personal Training Certification. I worked for Cassa Health & Wellness out of Groton, MA running boot camps and I also ran group fitness classes for the University of New Hampshire. My YouTube channel Anabolic Aliens began and I personally started competing in Powerlifting.
Since then, I’ve broken two world records in RPS powerlifting and multiple states for RPS and USAPL powerlifting.
I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Nutrition & Wellness. My social media following from posting online fitness content has amassed to over a million Aliens!
Powerbuilding is one of my favorite concepts to preach, which means getting stronger and more muscular while remaining at a healthy and appealing body-fat percentage. I specialize in strength and hypertrophy training as well as fat loss and weight management.
