GET TO KNOW ME
I have two passions in life. The first is fitness.

Working in the fitness industry was never a part of my career plan. It just happened naturally. Fitness has always been a part of my life. I grew up playing competitive sports – basketball, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer to name a few – which have played a major role in shaping who I am today by helping me build confidence, perseverance, discipline, motivation, leadership and much more.

However, I stopped playing sports when I transitioned from high school to college, which is when my love for fitness took off.

My twin sister Taryn (also an Alien Trainer!) and I began our workout journey in front of our TV doing P90X and Insanity workouts the summer leading up to college. Once we went off to college (separately), we then started experimenting with our own workout programs in the gym, which quickly became my sanctuary. I discovered that working out was the one part of my day that allowed me to unwind and focus on myself rather than the million other stressors life threw at me. To this day, the more I learn about fitness, the more I fall in love with it. Whether it’s trying out a new exercise, debunking a nutrition myth, or finding new ways to cope with stress, I am always trying to learn more so that I can be better and help other people do the same. THAT is passion…wanting to know more AND share what you learn with others.

My second passion is business.

Despite my love for fitness, I went to school for Business Management hoping to form an entrepreneurial foundation for myself. Post college, I gained years of valuable experience working in Financial Planning & Analytics for software companies. I love learning about business strategies and analytics, which have also shaped me as a person. Like operating a business, I am always searching for efficient, effective, data-driven ways to achieve results. This is how I coach my clients.

My goal is to push people to be the best possible versions of themselves, which is the same goal I have for myself. I live every day with a “no-excuses” attitude, which fuels my success. Nothing makes me happier than witnessing people pushing their limits! If you think we’d be a good fit, come train with me!
