Muscle Mac

I used to be a huge fan of Krafts Mac & Cheese. As my lifestyle transitioned into a heathier one, Kraft’s didn’t fit in anymore. The craving though for that cheesy goodness never went away. One day I went to GNC with the intention of just restocking my supplements, but then I stumbled across Muscle Mac. I read the container and saw this Mac & Cheese was high protein and lower calorie. Since Muscle Mac was a healthier alternative to my previously loved Kraft’s, I bought some to try it out. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much because at first you generally think since it’s healthier that it’s not going to taste as good or it won’t be filling. After heating my Muscle Mac up in just a few minutes in the microwave, I mixed in the cheese sauce provided. First bite, woah… Did I just eat Kraft’s? I couldn’t believe how delicious it tasted. Not only that, after I finished the container I was very happily surprised with how full I was. The Muscle Mac company is one of the reasons I’ve become such an advocate for healthier alternatives of snacks rather than just cutting old your favorite snacks completely. Cravings can be mental torture if you don’t satisfy them. At the same time though, you don’t want to screw up your diet goals. Healthier alternatives that satisfy those unhealthy cravings while still allowing us to stay on track nutritionally is the answer. I was eating Muscle Mac for a few years and then eventually reached out to the company. After conversations and getting to meet the Muscle Mac team at the 2019 Arnold Classic Convention in Ohio, a partnership was formed. I am proud to stand by Muscle Mac and have Anabolic Aliens be an official partner. If you are craving some Mac N Cheese, save the calories and up the protein intake by getting some Muscle Mac!
